Staying at Hotel Maison, means you’ll be in the center of everything!
Bron Yr-Aur Brewing Co. celebrated its grand opening on New Year’s Day 2016! Bron Yr-Aur (pronounced “Bron Rar”) is Welsh for “Golden Hills” which is a very fitting description of the view out of their new facility. The new building is a rustic brew house and taproom which contains a large 10 barrel system. They currently have their Beaver Deceiver Cream Ale, Gentlemen's Stout, NIPA (Naches IPA), and IRA on tap. Better yet, try the tasters to find the one you like best. In addition to their own specialty brews there is a rotating selection of craft beer available, with 10 different beer taps and 4 taps of hard cider from the Pacific Northwest. Bring the whole family for their delicious hand-crafted pizza. You’ve never had homemade crust like theirs, made fresh daily from their secret recipe, hand-tossed and cooked in a brick oven. Make a plan to stop and check out Bron Yr-Aur brews and pizza the next time you come from skiing at White Pass or are traveling over Chinook Pass in the summer.
There’s a lot going on in the New Year already, so come visit Yakima and help these new businesses get kicked 2016 off right!
